The short version

We do not show ads, we do not use tracking cookies and we do not sell data. Today this site counts visits without cookies, remembers your language in your own browser and keeps the emails you send us. The membership is not open yet; before it opens, this policy will be updated to cover accounts and payments.

1. Who we are

This website, xbtalgo.com, is run by XBT ALGO (“we”, “us”). For any privacy question or request, write to support@xbtalgo.com.

2. What we collect today

Visit statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, whose script loads from Cloudflare (static.cloudflareinsights.com). It does not use cookies and does not build a profile of you. It records the page, the site you came from, your country (worked out from your IP address), your browser, operating system and device type, and how fast the page loaded, and shows them to us only as totals.
Technical data needed to deliver the site. Our host, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and browser information to deliver the pages and to protect the site from abuse.
Your language. The site language, whether you pick it or it comes from your browser settings, is saved in your own browser (local storage) so the site remembers it. It is never sent to us.
Messages you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and your message, and we use them only to reply.

3. What we do not do

We do not show ads, we do not use advertising or tracking cookies, we do not sell or rent personal data, and we never ask for your TradingView password.

4. When the membership opens

The Smart Trading Suite membership is not open yet. When it opens, we will need more information to run it: your email address, your account password (stored only in hashed form, never readable), your TradingView username, and the payment and billing records kept with our payment provider. We will update this policy before any of this is collected, and we will name the providers we use.

5. Why we use your data

We process visit statistics and technical data because we have a legitimate interest in running a secure, working website. We process your messages to answer you. When the membership opens, account and payment data will be processed to provide the service you buy. Where the law requires your consent, we will ask for it.

6. Where your data goes

Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this site and provides the visit statistics. Our email, support@xbtalgo.com, is hosted by GoDaddy. Both are based in the United States and may process data there and in other countries. For these transfers they rely on safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

7. How long we keep it

Visit statistics are kept by Cloudflare as totals. We keep emails only as long as we need them to handle your request, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, object to its use, or ask us to limit it. Write to support@xbtalgo.com. You can also complain to the data protection authority of the country where you live.

9. Children

This site and our tools are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

10. Changes

We publish every change on this page with a new date. Important changes, such as those that come with the membership, will be stated clearly at the top of the page.
