Terms of Use
Nothing we publish is investment advice. The apps, the indicators, the sentiment scores and the calculators are informational tools. Trading carries a high risk of loss and you can lose all of your capital. See section 8 and the risk disclaimer.
1. Who these terms are between
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the XBT ALGO mobile applications, this website, and the optional Pro Indicators subscription (together, the "Service"), operated by XBT ALGO ("we", "us"). By installing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What the Service is
The Service consists of trading-support tools: market session hours, an economic calendar, financial news headlines, market-sentiment scores, risk and position-size calculators, a trading journal, an education reference, and — under a paid subscription — access to invite-only technical indicators published on TradingView.
The Service does not execute trades, hold funds, connect to your broker, or manage money on your behalf. It is a reference and record-keeping tool only.
3. No account, no data on our side
The apps have no user accounts and no login. Your settings, trades, notes and statistics live on your device, not on our servers — so we cannot see them, recover them, or restore them if your device is lost, reset or the app is uninstalled. Keeping your own backups is your responsibility (the journal offers a local export for exactly this).
The one exception is the TradingView username you submit for Pro Indicators access; see the Smart Trading Suite privacy policy.
4. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation
- Where you buy. Paid subscriptions are sold exclusively as in-app purchases through Google Play (and, if published there, the Apple App Store). Your purchase is a transaction with that store. We never receive or store your payment details.
- Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until cancelled, at the price shown in the store at the time of purchase. The store charges you and handles taxes.
- Cancelling. You cancel in the store's own subscription settings (Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions; App Store → your Apple ID → Subscriptions). Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the paid period. We cannot cancel a subscription for you.
- Refunds. Refunds are governed by the store's policy — the Google Play refund policy (or Apple's, on iOS), not by us. Request refunds through the store. Where the store grants a refund, or a chargeback is issued, we may revoke the related access.
- Free trials / introductory offers, if offered, are defined in the store listing and follow the store's rules.
- Price changes apply to future renewal periods and are communicated by the store before they take effect.
5. Pro Indicators — invite-only access, granted and revoked manually
The Pro Indicators are invite-only scripts on TradingView. TradingView provides no programmatic way to grant access, so the grant is a manual step performed by us. Concretely:
- After subscribing you submit your TradingView username in the app. We verify with the store that the subscription is genuine and active, and then add that username to the invite-only scripts by hand.
- Granting is therefore not instant. We aim to do it promptly, but a delay of up to a few business days is possible and is not a defect of the Service.
- You must supply a correct TradingView username. If it is wrong, misspelled or belongs to someone else, we cannot grant access; contact support to correct it. Never send us a password — we never ask for one.
- Using the indicators requires your own TradingView account, subject to TradingView's terms. Some features may require a paid TradingView plan. TradingView is an independent third party; we do not control it and are not responsible for its availability, pricing or policies.
- When your subscription ends, expires, is refunded, charged back, or these Terms are breached, access is removed from the scripts. Access is a licence tied to an active subscription, not a purchase of the scripts.
- You may not copy, republish, resell, decompile, share your access with others, or distribute the indicator code or its output as your own product.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: reverse-engineer or tamper with the apps except where that right cannot be excluded by law; circumvent store billing or entitlement checks; abuse, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our servers or the data proxy; use the Service to break any law applicable to you; or resell the Service. You are responsible for complying with the laws and financial regulations of your own country.
7. Third-party data and services
Market data, economic-calendar entries and news headlines come from third-party providers and are delivered through our proxy for convenience and API-key security. That data may be delayed, incomplete, revised or wrong; scheduled event times change. Links open third-party websites and apps governed by their own terms. We do not endorse, and are not responsible for, third-party content.
8. Not investment advice
The Service is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. Nothing in it — including indicator signals, sentiment scores, calculator output, journal statistics, news or educational material — constitutes investment, financial, legal or tax advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any instrument. We are not a licensed investment adviser, broker or portfolio manager, and no advisory relationship is created by your use of the Service.
Trading foreign exchange, CFDs, crypto-assets, derivatives and equities involves a high level of risk and can result in the loss of all your capital. Past performance and back-tested or historical results do not indicate future results. Every decision you make is your own. See the risk disclaimer.
9. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, timely, or that data, calculations, alerts or notifications will be accurate or delivered on time. Mobile operating systems may delay, batch or suppress notifications; alarms may not fire when a device is off, in battery-saver mode, or restricted by the manufacturer.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service — including missed or late alerts, inaccurate or delayed data, or indicator output. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you actually paid us (via the app stores) for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence are unaffected.
11. Availability and changes to the Service
We may add, change, suspend or discontinue features, data sources or entire apps, and may update the apps. We will not knowingly remove a paid feature you are actively subscribed to without offering cancellation through the store.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; the updated version is published at this URL with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes affecting a paid subscription take effect at your next renewal period. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the apps and cancelling any subscription in the store. We may suspend or terminate access (including indicator access) if these Terms are breached or if a purchase is reversed.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights and competent-forum rules of your country of residence.
